Checking for availability or making a reservation is quite simple!

1) Contact us, by phone or email and notify us of the dates you require. We will respond within 24 hours with confirmation of availability.

2) We will then provide you with access to our secure payment site for you to provide us with a $150.00 non-refunable deposit towhich will hold the reservation for you.

3) We will invoice you for the balance due 30 days before you arrive.

		Cancellation Policy Greater than one month in advance: All funds refundable less $50 handling fee. Within one month If we are able to rebook your room, we will refund you in full - minus a10% handling charge ( minimum $50). If we are unable to rebook your room, we will refund you minus the greater of the $150 deposit or a 10% handlling fee.
